Pippa is best known for her use of colour and for the fluidity and movement in her work. She paints mostly from life or en plein air. Travel is a major source of inspiration.

Pippa studied printed textiles and graduated from the Royal College of Art in 1994.

commissions

Louis Vuitton's Cruise Collection — In 2008 Pippa's paintings were developed into prints and designs across the range from fashion to scarves, jewellery and leather goods. This collaboration continued in 2011 with the Ailleurs Collection of bags, acessories and prints for ready to wear.

She has undertaken commissions to do paintings for a diverse range of clients that include restaurants, the Royal Bank of Scotland, private collections and Marie Curie Cancer Care. Pippa has also worked on illustration for magazines.
